We offer free returns. Our policy lasts 7 days after the arrival of your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have hang tags still in place.

For your convenience, you can email me us at email@example.com and we can process your return and provide a shipping label.
Return slips and labels are not included in your package. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the product has been received by our team.
Once you have initiated your return with us, print your return label and place the items for return back in their original bags with all original tags intact. We’ll process your return as soon as it gets to us.
Once you send an item back, it will reach us typically within 3-7 business days, if sent within the domestic US. Up to 7 business days are required for us to process an exchange/return once receiving your item(s).
Because we manufacture in very small batches we are unable to offer exchanges. We often don't have inventory of sizes and colors. If you need a different color or size please complete an online return and place a new order.
We do everything we can to make sure our products are made with utmost care and quality, but mistakes happen. Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll do our best to make things right.
For defective items, we’ll evaluate the product to determine whether it is indeed defective. If the product is deemed defective, the purchase price along with shipping and handling charges will be refunded in the original method of payment. We will exchange incorrect items with no additional shipping and handling charge.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
